Job Summary
Our client is a fast-growing company in the field of catering and food manufacturing.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily quality control operations across all food production and catering activities.
- Implement and monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Develop, update, and enforce quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and train quality control staff, ensuring continuous development and adherence to best practices.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present quality reports and analysis to management for informed decision-making.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with all relevant standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the food manufacturing or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to train and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and documentation practices.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible work schedules as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
