Job Summary

 


The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a key role in developing a positive company culture, ensuring a productive workplace, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

 

Job Description:
 

  • Oversee and manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle all aspects of social insurance and labor law compliance, including registration, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Manage employee records and personnel affairs in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
  • Design and implement training and development programs that meet current and future business needs.
  • Develop and maintain structured career progression plans to support employee growth and retention.
  • Create and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and effective employee evaluation.
  • Support department managers with HR-related advice and guidance to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution processes with fairness and consistency.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support strategic decisions and improve workforce performance.
  • Foster a positive working environment through engagement initiatives and culture-building strategies.

 

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, social insurance regulations, and labor laws.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English
