Job Description:

 

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

• Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area according to company standards.

• Process guest payments accurately, handle cash or card transactions, and issue receipts.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
