Job Description:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area according to company standards.
- Process guest payments accurately, handle cash or card transactions, and issue receipts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
