Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and manage inbound calls to potential and existing clients
Qualify leads, understand client needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team or close deals directly
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term client relationships
Handle objections professionally and close sales with confidence
Stay updated on property details, pricing, market trends, and company offerings
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent spoken and written
English
Proven experience in
tele sales, call center sales, or real estate sales
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
Comfortable dealing with international and high-net-worth clients
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient personality
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
