Job Description:
Our Client a Hospitality group is hiring: Sales & Event Coordinator
- Handle sales and relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Manage and follow up on group reservations from inquiry to confirmation
- Coordinate closely with restaurant managers on capacity, menus, timings, and service flow
- Work with the marketing team on events, promotions, and special activations
- Support events by sourcing group attendance and partners when needed
- Follow up on confirmations, deposits, cancellations, and post-visit feedback
- Prepare simple weekly updates on bookings and sales for the Business Development Manager
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, sales, or travel trade
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and peak times
- Comfortable dealing with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good English; additional languages are a plus
