Job Summary
Our client, a multinational catering company, is seeking a Food Service Sales Manager with more than 7 to 10 years of experience.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the food service and HoReCa sector.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and manage the food service sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches and promotions.
- Ensure proper execution of sales plans, pricing strategies, and customer agreements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with supply chain and logistics for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to maintain strong business relationships.
- Monitor credit limits and payment collections in coordination with the finance department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in sales within the Food Service / HoReCa / FMCG sector.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong network and relationships with key accounts in the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering (HoReCa) sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Very good command of English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
