Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to introduce Tanbish services
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and online channels
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer records and update CRM / tracking sheets
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Support onboarding of new customers when required
- Escalate technical or operational issues to the concerned team
- Business line for calls & internet Usage
- Work Conditions : Work From Home
- Fixed off: (Saturday & Sunday )
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic sales mindset and customer service orientation
- Ability to work remotely with commitment and discipline
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / CRM / Meta Business Suite / Email)
- A laptop or PC with a good internet connection
- Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus
