Job Summary
Job Description:
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Support employee relations and ensure smooth HR processes
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and prioritize hiring
- Implement HR policies and procedures specific to FM operations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with proven experience in Facility Management companies (mandatory)
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, HR policies, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
