Job Summary
Job Description:
- Oversee all factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in line with local and export market demand.
- Monitor and manage ERP systems to ensure smooth workflow and accurate production tracking.
- Supervise production, quality, and maintenance teams while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Analyze production challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to enhance performance.
- Prepare and submit periodic production, KPI, and performance reports to senior management.
- Manage and oversee industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems to maintain product quality and cold chain integrity.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in managing food manufacturing factories, Frozen fruits & vegetables industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- High proficiency in ERP systems and production management tools.
- Full technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
