Job Description:

• Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans for all production lines and equipment.

• Supervise maintenance technicians and assign tasks effectively.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators.

• Improve and optimize maintenance procedures to ensure operational continuity.

• Review technical drawings and equipment schematics when required.

• Ensure full compliance with occupational safety and food safety standards.

• Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments to maintain smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 5 to 6 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within dairy manufacturing (cheese & butter).

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good understanding of occupational health & safety standards in food factories.
