Job Summary
Job Description:
- Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans for all production lines and equipment.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and assign tasks effectively.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators.
- Improve and optimize maintenance procedures to ensure operational continuity.
- Review technical drawings and equipment schematics when required.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational safety and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments to maintain smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within dairy manufacturing (cheese & butter).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good understanding of occupational health & safety standards in food factories.
