Job Description:
 

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• 2-4 years of previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent.
• Proven experience in systems such as FOH system or related system is a Must.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• An outgoing personality is a Must.
• Outstanding communication abilities is a Must.
