Job Summary
Our client, a multinational catering company, is currently looking for a Guest Relations Agent for one of its 5-star hotels in Doha, Qatar.
Job Description:
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- 2-4 years of previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent.
- Proven experience in systems such as FOH system or related system is a Must.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
- An outgoing personality is a Must.
- Outstanding communication abilities is a Must.
