• Develop and implement export strategies to expand into new international markets.
• Manage relationships with global clients, distributors, and trade partners.
• Oversee shipping, logistics, and customs clearance processes to ensure compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on export performance and market analysis.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams to streamline export operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering is a must.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in export management.
• Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Solid knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets.
