Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Lead mass hiring projects for retail roles (e.g., Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, Store Managers)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes with stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in retail
- Proven experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
