Job Description:


✔ Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

✔ Create and publish job advertisements across different platforms

✔ Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews

✔ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

✔ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

✔ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

✔ Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers

✔ Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns



Job Requirements:


• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

• Experience in mass hiring is a plus

• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented mindset
