Job Description:
 

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, develop HSE policies, and implement safety procedures to minimize risks and improve workplace safety.
 

- The HSE Specialist ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations by developing and implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining safety standards.
 

- Responsibilities included: preparing safety reports, managing audits, conducting safety training, investigating incidents, and ensuring the availability of safety equipment.
 

- The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance safety and environmental practices.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
 

- HSE certifications/training.
 

- 3-5 years of  experience in HSE, preferably in an industrial environment.
 

- NEBOSH certificate holder is mandatory.
 

- Good knowledge of risk assessment, emergency procedures, and fire safety.
 

- Good communication in English language and power point reporting skills.
 

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
 

- Expertise in developing HSE policies and conducting risk assessments.
 

- Reporting and assisting the GA Manager on health, safety, environment, and industrial documentation in line with HSEI policies and objectives.
 

- Ensuring site compliance with Health & Safety and Environment rules, procedures, and action plans.
 

- Improving training materials, development processes, and self-assessments to enhance work quality.
 

- Preparing monthly reports and materials for meetings and presentations
