Job Description: Client is looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead the creation and development of our luxury date collection. Your Responsibilities: - Develop signature premium date products - Create and standardize recipes & production SOPs - Lead and train the production team - Improve quality, consistency, and cost efficiency - Collaborate on seasonal collections and luxury gifting concepts Job Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry or product development - Experience with premium dates, Arabic or Gulf desserts is highly preferred - Strong knowledge of production processes and food quality standards - Leadership and team management skills - Passion for craftsmanship and premium food experiences
