The Human Resources Supervisor acts as a consultant to the business in all different aspects of HR. He/she implements a variety of programs, including recruitment, learning & development and performance management, etc.
Coach Teams to successfully manage all annual people management processes (performance management, talent management, planning, etc.).
Coach Leaders and Managers to improve leader effectiveness and teamwork.
Execute change initiatives based on needs (retention, compensation, organizational development, etc.).
Lead other special projects when required.
Lead Orchidia talent management initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
HR certificate or diploma is a must, MBA is an asset.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management preferred in Recruitment,
Training and Organizational development included two years of supervisory experience
