Prepare Sales plan concerning SMB in view of Bank strategy and goals
Establish and develop relationships with SMB clients to introduce the bank’s services in view of client needs and prepare call for potential and existing clients in view of the bank policies and standards.
Grow SMB portfolio size by deepening existing customer relationships.
Ensure adherence to branch and regulator policies, recommendations and CBE regulations.
Solicit new to bank clients and retain existing SMB clients through focused relationship management activities.
Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
Resolve client queries.
Analyse financial requirements of customer and match with banks products offerings.
Develop opportunities to increase the sales production.
Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are adhered to the bank’s policies and procedures.
Coach and assist SMB officers at the branch to enhance productivity and achieve the set targets.
