Our client, a Property Development Company, is looking for an Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will support the Managing Director with all aspects of the Property Management Services Company. Responsible is to apply management skills, by following a methodology that gains profit for the organization and builds goodwill for the organization.
Oversee the operation of all Company’s properties, ensuring they are in an excellent condition and properly maintained outdoors and indoors, with the aim to exceed client expectations.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Assist with the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Create a continuous improving environment, teamwork, and a dedication to execute right things.
Supervise or direct in cooperation with Human Resources the employee-training program of the organization for all existing and new team members.
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
Assist in tasks such as recruitment, employee development and business development.
Enforce commercial skills in order to meet costs and sales budgets.
Interact with employees and assist existing or new customers in response to their concerns, questions, or complaints.
Assist the Managing Director in managing the budget of the division and achieving stand-alone productivity for business.
Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and vendors.
University Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related field.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both oral and written.
Five years of experience in supervisory positions in the Services/ Hotel Industry preferably.
Excellent interpersonal, management and leadership skills.
Able to multitask.
Discrete, adaptable and versatile individual.
Excellent organizational skills.
Use initiative and be able to operate independently.
