Job Description:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations.

- Drive continuous improvement within warehouse processes.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and high performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports and KPIs.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Support audits by maintaining organized documentation and inventory records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is preferred.
